It's 10% unless you have a decimal point in front of the 6 million. Is that what I see, or is that a typo? If it is indeed .6million, then its going to take a smarter one than me to answer it.

6 billion = 6000000000

(600000/6000000000) * 100
= 0.01%

so, 600,000 = x(6,000,000,000)
x = .0001 100% times .0001 = .01
answer is 0.01
