My company is considering opening a small office there and I have entertain the thought of moving my family from Austin Tx, to San Diego. I would like to know from people that actually reside in the area to give me a little info on the neighborhoods(high crime/low crime) and the school system. I know that I can get this info from a realtor if we decided to move, but I do know their main goal is to sell a house, so I dont feel as if I would get an honest opinion like I would from you guys. Any help would really be appreciated.

I was just reading the answer's posted to Barack Obama's question about involving people in the democratic process and I must say that I was immensly taken back by the immaturity and the ignorance that plagues our country. Responses like "Kool aid anyone" or that "Obama is a Christian Jew and Amarican hater" (with no standing evidence what so ever) is completly and utterly ....stupid. There is no other word for it. Go ahead bash me all you want but please ... grow up. It scares me that people this ignorant are able to vote. So I BEG the mature, well rounded people please involve yourself and try to outwash these idiots that give America a bad wrap.

My grandmother recently suffered a stroke, she is still of mental capability but she does require assistance..my aunt helps to take care of her, her bills, and anything having to do with her health...i was discussing with her that she should try to get power of attorney because the rest of her siblings don't really care about my grandmother or her health, they're just waiting for a big payout...my question is this what type of power of attorney should my aunt request, she doesnt need it right now but she will if anything happens to my grandmother and she becomes infirm or dies. and also if she has power of attorney on my grandmother if my grandmother dies will she be responsible for her medical bills legally?
