Ok I have had liver function test results from my Doctor, they showed an elevated liver enzyme level. I have been taking paracetamol for the past few days due to having a very bad cold, could this be the cause. I was also told I have high levels of calcium, whilst these results are elevated they are not dangerously high.
I am just trying to get an idea as to what is causing this. I can rule out alcohol as I don't drink.
I would be grateful for any advice Thanks.

I want to make a smoothie reaaaally bad. I think its the whole craving thing. I want to make a strawberry-banana smoothie or blueberry smoothie. Just like milk, yogurt, vanilla, banana, and some fruit - well everyone knows you should use a blender, but can I use a hand mixer instead? I dont have either, but I know cheap hand mixers are only about 5 dollars.

I was recently told that universal healthcare is a bad idea and that it wont work and that it hasnt worked in other countries that have it. I really know nothing about it aside from the obvious it is funded by the gov. and offers healthcare to all citizens (sounds good to me). But can anyone give some examples of when it hasnt worked or when it has??

We all know that Aztlan is the SouthWest of the USA... all that occupied territory that once belonged to Mexico and now is part of the USA.
