Lumps can be several things!!! He could be having anything from an allergic reaction (Hives) to sebaceous cysts to mass tumors. Your best bet is to have a vet take a peak.

It is almost impossible to make a proper diagnosis without an exam. We do have a Dogue De Bordeaux, Sherman The Tank, that comes to our office. His skin is VERY sensitive and has severe food allergies. He breaks out in Hives if he eats anything besides his prescribed food (Ultra Z/D).

You really should get your boy to a vet. Allergic reactions can actually cause his throat to swell and close.

A trip to a vet would be a good start!

Lumps may be many things - some not serious, some are serious - like mast cells tumours for instance. Get this dog checked by a vet!
