My little sister just lost one of her close friends, she hasnt cried or anything, she just goes to her room all day...everyone in our family has tried talking to her, but we get nothing...she just nods and doesnt talk back about it. My family is worried shes holding it all in and shes going to be worse off. Is 10 too young to fully understand death?

ok my big sisster is in napol and i really miss her she has only been gone 2 weeks but ever since i can remember we've shared a rooom therefor we are relly close. A water well on my propery has not been used in 15 years due to local water supply. Supposedly neighbors in the same area use their wells for irragation, and other non-potable uses. But mine pumps dry in 30 to 45 minutes. Is it possiable my well has dryed up due to lack of use? Can the well be renewed without major expenses?

So i've had horrible periods and alot of pain since 16. I came off birth control and now the pelvic pain that i have (which feels like its over my left ovary) is so extreme i can't even function. It is a horrible, sharp shooting pain. Both the doctor and myself assumed it was endometriosis as i fit all the symptoms but she found none! My question is does anybody know what and why i have this pain?! I am so frustrated having no answers and it feels like people don't believe i'm in so much pain as there isn't a diagnosis. Has anybody gone through this before???? HELP!

I have never got the whole stereotype that blacks are lazy, by far I think we are one of the most hardworking people. My grandmother came here in 1940 when she was 4 yrs old. from somolia, she worked hard to put all 7 of her kids through school. My mother in return worked her butt off for me and my brother.
I have heard similar stories like mine from all of my black friends, their mothers worked hard to raise them and put them through school. Yet people tend to label black americans as lazy people who leach off of the government, never mind that the highest rates of welfare belong to whites, nationwide.

Okay, so my question is
If you think blacks are lazy, why?
If not, why not?
and if you are black, please descibe why you think this isn't so, and how hard your family has worked for your well being.

*please, no bashing, I'm just asking everyone's opinion*
