Cellular interference to electronics is common. The speaker is not the problem, but the speaker wires and the power line act as antennas. The best reasonable solutions are filtering where those wires enter your amplifier or receiver. Ask at an electronics store where employees actually know something. Candidates would be toroid filters, in-line filters, or simply a .01 microfarad capacitor across each pair of speaker leads, both at the amplifier and at the speaker.

Or just keep the cell phone away from the electronics and the wires, or just shut it off.

Part of the loud speaker amplification system may work as an antenna. Try to make it less efficient as an antenna. Perhaps the lead wire (power chord) could be twisted or a turn (coil) may be added along its length to break up its straight length. Good antennas are usually fractions or multiples of the wavelength they are intended to receive. If the power cord does not have a wide blade on the plug, try reversing the plug in the wall socket (which will reverse the ground). Can you relocate the amplifier to the other side of a steel filing cabinet to shield it from the portable phone? By 'Hertzian' waves I believe you mean 60 cycle hum which may implicate the power supply or 60 cycle portions of the amplifier.

It's not the speaker that's the problem it's the amplifier/TV/stereo it's connected to. Switch that off, don't leave it in standby or move the mobile phone further away.
