ok my big sisster is in napol and i really miss her she has only been gone 2 weeks but ever since i can remember we've shared a rooom therefor we are relly close. In the summer she is going to britan universaty and i'll barely ever get to see her. i've been trying really hard to be stong and keep telling evryone that i'll be ok. and suddenly i've cracked and i cant top crying. what should i do?

It is ok to cry and grieve a part of your life. Know in your heart that she probably misses you too. You can write to her and probably call and talk to her on occasion. I know it won't be the same.
It is ok to let your feelings out. It will get better in the sense that your life will go on and she will have hers. You will have plenty to talk about when you see each other again.
Keep a journal of your days so that you can share those important times with her.
Sisters can be your best friend. I have 2 sisters.

When my first daughter was leaving home for the first time and I was taking her to college I cried like a baby, all the way to and from. Right now my eyes are welling up with tears at the memory.

It's all part of growing up (sorry to say). We all end up leaving home and going our own ways. The important thing is to stay in close contact as much as possible. Let her know how much you miss her and love her. I'm sure she's missing you too.

You've just got to do whatever it takes to distract yourself, try to have a good time and try your best to make the time fly until you get to see her again. Most importantly, distract yourself from missing her.
