Kraft and add small chunks of Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar.
I call it. Mac and cheese with golden nuggets.

I prefer Kraft as the Velveeta is just to cheesy for me....But I really prefer to make my own and I usually do if I am in a real rush though I do keep like 1 box of Kraft on hand for an emergency quick meal to have as a side!
