Someone wrote on the hood of my car with what seemed to be a rock or some chalk and sratched the surface. The scratches are not deep into the paint and multiple people say they are removealbe. I neighbor let me use a variable speed polisher and told me to use some rubbing compound, but I need to know the difference between the multiple kinds of pads available. Thanks for the help.

Issue of Religion and Government .
All I'm asking is that you look it up for yourself . No twist no spin .

And then post a rational explanation for it , because when you find it , it will be quite clear what Jefferson was talking about. . . HINT : It had absolutely NOTHING to do with separation of church and state .

But I know the Liberals won't believe me and that's why I want them to look it up for themselves .

Speech and voice and such?

I can make myself understood in two languages

I generally speak on a normal volume

I tend to mumble every now and again so that people ask me: huh? you were saying...?

But when needed... I could function as an alarm siren and I bet they'd even hear me in japan if I'd try real hard.... :-)))

I thought the zoo was the cleanest and best i have ever seen when I visited it back in 2005. Plan to see it again next year.
I just wondered how things were doing there with him no longer around. I am sure his collegues and wife terri will do a fab job....

So a few weeks ago I started a new job. I liked it, but the owner is the rudest person I've ever met. I was working yesterday and got called into her office. she told me that my look isn't what she likes and asked if it would kill me to dress more trendy. Then she said I look like crap and that a lot of her friends come in and she knows exactly what they would think of me.

I had been moving tables and setting up displays all day, then she mentioned that my pants were kind of wrinkled. Hello.... I was on the floor organizing stuff. It happens!

I go to work in slacks and nice shirts every day. That's what I was told to wear when I started. No, I'm not ultra trendy, but I'm not a drab either. I'm clean, my hair is done and I wear make-up!

I heard later that she has said the same thing to other employees.

What should I do? Is this harassment?

1997 Chevy S-10 pick-up. I've tired everything including what the manual says, but can't get the shift stick out of park.

I finally took the cover off and by pressing a plastic piece it releases the metal insert low enough to take out of gear.

What has happened and how can I fix it. Did a little piece break? I've sprayed WD-40 all around..

OK, I know this is morbid, but I am curious. How long does someone's head survive after being beheaded, assuming that the beheading is almost instant, like a guillotine? Does everything go blank for that person instantly, or can they still see and hear what's going on for a number of seconds or minutes until they black out? I have no intention of ever trying this on myself or anyone else, but it's hard not to be curious.
