Once upon a tyme, there wuz three 'undrin beers. A lot of folk were thus made drunk and so started the Olde Englishe customs of last orders at the bar, causing a mad crush with folk demanding this or that by the bucket load. Since them glorious halcyon daze or yore, the pubs now stay open late. My grandfather who died in 1961 aged 80, remembered with tears in his eyes how the pubs of his boyhood stayed open 24/7 in Victorian London. Great days.

Well, the Earth was born out of the Big Bang. Then it cooled and water started to form. Out of the water came all kinds of life starting with simple organisms. Eventually, evolution started and many more creatures developed until the dinosaurs came. Then they died as a result of an asteroid. Then the rise of mammals happened and eventually led to humans. The humans have existed for many, many years and have tried to destroy this planet and each other by either through war or destroying the ecosystems. That should bring you up to speed.
