Does this mean the valve will blow apart if you use more pressure? Or does it mean it simply won't open/close properly? Thank you.

I am a female, and next Monday I start my new job at the cosmetic department in a new store. However, I do not have any female friends, all my friends are males. I need to develop female friendships. So I've decided to turn to you gals to ask for help. I do not know how to start a conversation with another female- I need some ice breakers with my new co-workers, and especailly working in the cosmetic area of a store. I need some pointers. Please help!!!

My boyfriend of 3 years can not shake off his ex-wife. No matter what I say he still talks to her. While there has been times when he has improved but it goes back to the same thing. She feels he is availbe when she wants him too. They have 2 kids 22 and 18 there is no reason for them to be talking on a daily basis. He says he love me and is the happiest he has ever been but I am confused. He also tells me that now that they are divorced they can actually talk becasue they could not do it before. I have asked him to go to a therapist but he says no. Can someone please give me some advise.

I seriously need to loose weight and I can't do it alone. I recently lost my dad and I've been turning to food to fill up the emptyness thats in my heart. How can I stop this bad habbit? I want to loose 50lbs. Whats the best and quickiest way? Please don't give me the bullshit that its "UNHEALTHY" 2 loose weight so quick. I really don't care. If I die I die. I have been working at a law office for about a month as a legal secretary. The partner I work for is driving 50% of the business in the firm, but she is very demanding.

Our dresscode is formal. I have been wearing pantsuits to work and she told me that was inappropriate. She said that I have to wear a skirt suit everyday with hose and closed toed shoes. That would have been fine but things have gotten stranger.

Often times she calls me into take notes. The last couple of times she has asked me to rub her feet. That seems really odd. I know she is stressed and the first time I did it was fine, but now I do it everyday. I also get her dry cleaning, fetch her lunch and do a number of other mindless chores.

She even mentioned this week that she wants me to take a class on giving pedicures? Is this okay. I like the job, it pays really well, but is this normal?
