Politicians don't care about your feelings on immigration, that's obvious. But how many of you know of the plan to make South America, Mexico, the U.S., and Canada a super economic powerhouse. Not neccesarily one government, but close. There are plans right now to build super highways connecting Mexico, the U.S. and Canada.

The plan is underway and your a pawn. Don't like illegal immigration? Nobody cares. Learn to like tacos, low riders, and gangs. The plan is moving forward. The rich need to get richer and you ain't stopin' them.

My room is already painted green, and I have a turquoise bed cover with pink water lilies. I don't know if all of that fits together, but I wanted a nature theme. Any ideas?

I would really like to know this. We live in a day and age where I am surprised to see people still believe in God and the Devil, Heaven and Hell. It's all a bunch of nonsense. All it was back then was to explain why things happen and people are still believing in it.

Can anyone tell me why Europe is basically a secular society? Is it because religion is not valued? I ask that only people who can provide a serious and thought out answer respond.

I have 1 cherry barbs and 2 cory, I have a heated, 10 gallon tank. I am not planning to get any more cories or cherry barbs (i know that they need to be kept in schools) but I woudl like another species of fish that won't hog all the food, kept in pairs and is compatible in a ten gallon tank and my current fish.

Is it just me or are people getting more selfish and a lot more inconsiderate?

I currently work in retail and im getting quite worried about the way this world is going. I'm not just on about war and poverty (although that is very important) but the way people act to one another?

Everyday i see stressed, angry or quite deranged people come into my work (on their dayoff) who, quite frankly, don't give a **** who i am. They can be quite nasty at times and not only them but even some of the people i work with or even my niehbors are very petty and inconsiderate.

It seems to be accumalating every year and the difference between the rich and the poor are spreading even further away from each other.

When i was younger, it was completely different. People actually helped one another out. Niehbors would have partys and care for one another just like family. My dad came home from work with a smile on his face 90% of the time and life just seemed more graceful.

Or Is it just me

I recently heard about steeping lobsters which requires POURING boiling water on top of them in a pan. Has anyone tried this method? Does the flesh turn out differently than traditionally boiled / steamed lobster?
Also, has anyone tried live lobster sashimi?

Yes, everything mentioned in the book of Revelation is a symbol - the answer key is the rest of the bible. Revelation ties together all the themes of the bible into one cohesive whole - trying to understand Revelation without understanding the references from the Old Testament is a waste of time and will only lead you down a rabbit trail.

For example - I have seen people on this board complain about the verse which says that in heaven there will no longer be any sea (some people like the sea very much , I am one of them!) But the sea symbolically represents chaos, disorder, evil, and "unfinishedness" in the bible - See for example the first chapter of Genesis where the Spirit of God is hovering over the waters of the abyss before the creation of the world.

I believe in free speech completely, but I do have to agree with Elizabeth Edwards in that Ann Coulter needs to STFU. Still, Edwards degrades the whole situation by asking for campaign contributions. What are you thoughts?

I am doing some research for a paper. So, please respond with this in mind. The facts indicate that many homeless people are afflicted with a mental health issue. Let's call them MILPs for short (Mentally Ill Homeless Persons).
My proposal is to ask for voluntary registration from MILPs who visit homeless shelters nationwide and ask they would be willing to register under this program over a five year period. The idea is that many MILPs are transients by nature, and that they may be hurting themselves by not getting access to many of our Country's social services timely because they have to open and close welfare cases, or contact Social Security with constant address changes to get uniterrupted assistance. By registering for this program, they might be able to get the much need support they require in order to stay off the streets longer and receive treatment appropriate to their condition without becoming a burden on local populations for emergency-type services. Thoughts?
