2 years ago; I was lying in bed ready to go to sleep and all of a sudden my heart started racing then I started to panick and felt as though I could not breathe. My parents helped me to relax and the anxiety attack passed. Since then I went to the doctor and she told me to try breathing into a paper bag or focusing on a still point and to concentrate only on my breathing. I have not had an attack since then; although my heart does race and I am scared to have another one. My heart races at night before I go to bed and when I fly (when the plane is taking off). Does anyone experience anxiety and/or know any ways to avoid it and techniques to manage the thought process to try and relax if your heart races? Thanks!

I have some pest that keeps e-mailing me and calling me a yellowbelly because I am not in Iraq. If I was 21 I might join. My nephew is becoming a seal. In training and with honors. Hell week is yet to come.
Why do libs insist I should be in Iraq. Just because I voted for Bush? We all wish we weren't attacked on 9/11. I wish the USS Cole wasn't attacked. We cons are dearly sorry for the loss of life and our injured soldiers.

I always hear people say small breasted girls can get away without wearing a bra. Does anyone actually do this? I know I don't, it looks awful (to me anyway) The nipples poke out and I think the bra give some shape to the breasts. I would never think of going out without a bra. Is it mostly just cuz we don't need much support? Are any of you girls comfortable with the way it actually looks?

How can you believe in free will? Everything around us effects who we are. We didn't choose our surroundings, we really don't start making chooses till we're in our teens. Then we can actually change our environment. Even our thoughts are just random. We don't control thinking about the girl we sat next to in 5th grade math. It came from no where. Random neurons going off causing things. I know we can say, 'Hey I'm going to get a sandwhiche,' or, 'I think I'll go talk to that person over there and ask them,' but did we really choose this. Wouldn't someone in our shoes that have experienced exactly what we have done the same exact thing?
