I have some pest that keeps e-mailing me and calling me a yellowbelly because I am not in Iraq. If I was 21 I might join. My nephew is becoming a seal. In training and with honors. Hell week is yet to come.
Why do libs insist I should be in Iraq. Just because I voted for Bush? We all wish we weren't attacked on 9/11. I wish the USS Cole wasn't attacked. We cons are dearly sorry for the loss of life and our injured soldiers.

Yes I realize 9/11 wasn't caused by the butcher Saddam. It was't caused by Afganistan either. I guess we should have sat on our duff like Al Gore would have done. All would be green and heaven.

The Cole was attacked by Al Qaeda, not Iraq.
9/11 was carried out by Al Qaeda, not Iraq.
IRAQ. HAD. NOTHING. TO. DO. WITH. THE. ACTS. OF. AL. QAEDA.
We are not avenging 9/11 in Iraq. We have instead doubled the death toll of 9/11 in a pointless exercise. Now there are 6000+ dead Americans instead of the 3000 that Al Qaeda is responsible for.
If you think that any piece of evidence led the Bush regime to Saddam after 9/11, then you really need to pay more attention. Saddam's government was secular. Oppressive, but secular. That's why Iran hated Iraq. That's why Al Qaeda didn't deal with Iraq. That's why the two factions of Islam remained in relative peace in Iraq.
Where are the WMDs? Where is the nuclear program? Why did we go in there? I can answer the last one. Because we wanted to.

to be honest i can only answer this one way liberals are driven by emotion. hence the name liberal. they don't look at the reality of things. we need to be there. or we would be cleaning up more debris from other explosions and bombing across the U.S.A. Its funny that they were all in favor of a retaliation immediately, then when we didn't find W.O.M.D. they say "O.K. lets go home" WHAT!? Don't they realize we have only lost 3500 approx. that's not only Americans that's all soldiers out there. from all countries helping us. i could go on and on but i will just end with this.
1 Bush is doing a good job.
2 we haven't been attack since we went there.
3 doesn't anyone realize we are the only country that helps everyone, and never gets help from anyone?

I don't know. It doesn't sound like a liberal or conservative, just someone who is annoying. Ignore them. What they want is a rise out of you.
I say if someone doesn't want to go to war, then they don't have to. I disagree with the draft.
By the way, it's not just conservatives that voted for Bush. Liberals did too, don't forget. We're all sorry for the loss of life and injured soldiers, ours and Iraq's (at least in my case).

Do not let them goad you into joining. They are the cowards. It is a volunteer Army etc. No one should join if they aren't committed to serving. The Soldiers in a war theater do not need half hearted team mates when their lives are on the line..

The actions of one do not define all liberals. I think generally it is hard for some people to understand why if someone claims to support the war they do not go voluntarily join the military and prove it.
