I live in the state of Montana and my ex husband lives in Washington state. Four years ago we had a court battle over two children (twins) now both age 10 years. Anyway, he got residential custody and I only got summer time and holidays which adds up to nothing. He won because he had more money as neither of us are unfit. Now things have changed. He is remarried and does not allow me to meet his wife although he has met my husband many times. I don't know this stranger who is watching my children along with her three kids. Also, he just recently got a DWI and sat 2 weeks in jail, and is getting in all kinds of trouble with the law as far as traffic and all. Also he has a warrant for his arrest here in Montana for failure to appear on a misdemeanor harrasment charge. Is there any way possible for me to re-gain residential custody without the high cost of a lawyer? I really need some good advice. Thank you. The kids live mostly in Washington and here in Montana in the summer.

I want to join the army and need to get my mile and a half run time down to 13 minutes. Whats the best way to do this ie. lots of long runs, sprinting, a mixture? Plus will other sports help like swimming? Need to do pull ups and push ups too and at the moment i have negative upper body strength, what is the best weight training to do this?? (i'm not unhealthy or overweight but do not do alot of exercise at the moment so am starting at square one!!

This is why I accuse atheists of being dumb from time to time. I posted some brief criticisms of what I regard to be bad atheist arguments and I get mistaken for being religious or sympathetic to religion.

Just because I'm an atheist doesn't mean I have to agree with every opinion that other atheists have. I think it's important for atheists to honestly critique one another, because in the long run it will help to dispel weak arguments.

Was anyone else moved by Lacie's performance? Was that not the best dance routine you have ever seen ? Mia did great with that dance routine. I thought they both did a great performance and it made the hair on my arms stand up. It was soooo deeply interpreted and the emotion of the dance touched me more then it should have. Anyone else agree? Lacie made that routine great! She's Benji's sister, why wouldn't she be great?

I need a good genus and species name.

Yes, I realize it can interbreed with humans, but let's ignore that for the moment, aside from having the same chromosome count it seems different enough from humans to merit a different genus to me.

Please include the English translation of the name you're giving it in your answer. And I realize this is an odd question but serious answers only plz.
