Without a doubt..yes..if I am trapped in something I do not like..it is my fault..I let it happen..or let it continue to happen...so I created that. Also my fears that stop me..are created by me..and traps me..Sometimes it is very difficult to let go of what I created..for habit can be such a crutch..we associate it with needing..or accepting..when really it is being afraid to change a situation..a relationship..a job..etc. etc. All persons in one way or another must have to answer yes...for we all have done this..some never get out of the trap..others do..then we create new traps..almost seems human nature. Saftey in what we know..and afraid of what we do not know. That traps us.
