I want to go shopping soon and buy some more summer clothes. A lot of my summer clothes are kind of similar though; i.e. jeans, skirts, tanktops, etc. I was thinking of some ways to add more variety and I heard that overalls shorts/skirts were coming back in style this summer. I kinda like the way they look and I think that they'd look cute on me, plus I haven't had any to wear in a very long time. I was wondering what other people think? Would they be a good thing to try or should I look for something else?

I'm interested in getting out of the united states for a few months if possible for a few months in october or so, as a young chef I'm really interested in learning in france, has anyone done this? What visas do I need and who do I contact to apply for them? Is it possible to get paid decently enough to live off the money I'm making while I'm there, what regions of france are good for this sort of thing at this time of year?

Hi,

I'm moving from LA to Cleveland as soon as my home sells. I will be visiting LA for a week this Thursday, and I'm trying to come up with a list of good communities to check out while I'm in town.

Here is kind of a synopsis of what I'm looking for:
- good public schools (my daughter will be entering high school soon)
- in reasonable driving distance of Encino since I will be attending school there
- reasonably priced rental units and homes/condos

Although I plan to rent at first, it is my ultimate goal to purchase a home or a condo. So, I'm really looking for a reasonably priced apartment and then ultimately, I would like to buy a home in the same neighborhood within the next year or two.

I am a communications professional and I would be seeking a job that involves marketing communications and/or public relations so proximity to magazines/newspapers/media companies is a definite plus.

I know everyone gets their day in court.....but I as a used car dealer I have been sued over and over for the most RIDICULOUS things you have every heard of. This one tops it all. I sold a 1985 Corolla to this insane woman for $1650 over a year ago. Now she is suing me for $5000 because she never received her license sticker that I mailed to her. A replacement costs $6.30. How can people be so STUPID?

A question for the men (or women lol) but would you rather have a women with big natural breasts or big fake breasts (implants)???

I am working with a young boy at school at the moment who is needing to be restrained daily. He can be fine for a while but then something 'clicks' and he then starts kicking and hitting people......anyone who is close by basically.....teachers....other kids. I try diversion tactics, encourage him to make 'good' choices give him adequate warnings etc but more often than not these startagies dont work and I need to either remove him from the class or hold his arms or legs to prevent him from hurting others. He has a statement of special needs.

My question is 1) should I be restraining him anyway as I have never had any training for this. If I accidently hurt him I would be in trouble wouldn't I ?
2) I have my own health problems and I could do myself an injury also.

Does anyone know of anywhere online where I can get more advice on restarint and violence in schools and also how bad it has to be before children are excluded (which he has been a few times already!)
