I do not know what BAMS(aurvedic) is but weather in Australia is looked after by the Bureau of Meteorology. You will find their website here http://www.bom.gov.au

I do not think that aurvedic medicine is considered to be valid by health authorities in Australia. My neighbour at work is Brahmin caste and uses a western style doctor.
