My grandma was driving back from the local miners welfare in her mobility scooter when she gets stopped for riding back drunk, admittedly she likes a drink while playing bingo on a friday but she only gets plastered while at home, anyway from what she says they asked her to stand up and get of her scooter which she refused and tried to drive off, they arrested her for being drunk and disorderly and said she tried to run the female police women over. she spent the night in the cells for nothing, she's a 54 year old women who has paided taxes for years and this is how she gets treated. make me sick.

The perimeter of my house is enclosed by a mulch bed with a few plants. However, I would suspect the mulch was placed in 2001 when the house was built and therefor is need of an overhaul.

Right now the entire area is covered in weeds (mainly those prickly tall ones) and maybe 5% of the mulch is left, instead it is just dried out dirt.

So I am going to re-mulch, but I want to make sure that I minimize the occurrence of weeds after I am done AND be able to plant additional bushes/shrubs later this month in the newly mulched area.

My plan was to pull out all the weeds then bury the ground in Preen, after that bury it in mulch. Is it that simple, or do I need to do anything else?

Thanks in advance for advice, I live in Ohio by the way.

If I plug in 0 for x, then I get 0/0.

So now I just have to use L'Hospital's rule. But I don't know how to get the derivitive of (5^x - 3^x)

The final answer is suppose to be: ln 5/3

I've been looking at lcd and plasma tv's. Many of the 42" and less plasma cannot display full 720p. They however list that they are 720p. There resolution is usually 1024x768. The LCD's in this size range are almost entirely 1366x768. 720p is actually 1280x720 I believe. So will I notice a big difference between the 1024 plasma vs. the 1366 lcd? Also, if I play something that is 720p on a lcd that displays higher than 720p will it do nothing, or will it upscale it?

I clean my bike chain pretty much weekly. When I do this I always have a bunch of dirty rags. I hate putting them in the washer because they always leave a mess, and the washer is new. Any ideas on how I can clean them before they go into the washer?

A father passing by his son's bedroom was astonished to see that his bed was nicely made and everything was picked up.

Then he saw an envelope, propped up prominently on the pillow that was addressed to "Dad."

With the worst premonition he opened the envelope with trembling hands and read the letter.

Dear Dad:

It is with great regret and sorrow that I'm writing you. I had to elope with my new girlfriend because I wanted to avoid a scene with Mom and you. I have been finding real passion with Stacy and she is so nice.

But I knew you would not approve of her because of all her piercing, tattoos, tight motorcycle clothes and the fact that she is much older than I am.

But it's not only the passion...Dad she's pregnant.

Stacy said that we will be very happy. She owns a trailer in the woods and has a stack of firewood for the whole winter. We share a dream of having many more children.

Stacy has opened my eyes to the fact that marijuana doesn't really hurt anyone. We'll be growing it for ourselves and trading it with the other people that live nearby for cocaine and ecstasy. In the meantime we will pray that science will find a cure for AIDS so Stacy can get better.

She deserves it.

Don't worry Dad. I'm 15 and I know how to take care of myself.

Someday I'm sure that we will be back to visit so that you can get to know your grandchildren.
