I notice a lot of people are quick to answer a question they agree with.
Do you look at the profile before hand? If someone who has asked a dozen racist questions against black asks a question about who supports racist black groups with a commentary about how bad they are, do you carelessly answer how right the question poster is? Do you encourage someone you would normally never associate with?

Has this become a place where the neediest people, the most hateful, can get fans and praise despite everything else they say?

When all it takes is a few clicks on their profile and a little reading, do you now no longer care what the reputation is of people whom you agree with and stand with?

I used to hear people in my party who spoke up all the time. They said things I disagreed with, and when they attacked the opposing party, I stayed silent. After all, it wasn't ME speaking.

Is that you? Are you silent, or agreeing when they say something you like, silent otherwise?

I saw a recipe for something called "Indian Beef Patties with Cucumber Yogurt Sauce" in Better Homes and Gardens.

All I could think was, the spices and cucumber yogurt seem familiar, because I love Indian food. But don't most Indians *not* eat beef? I remember reading that even the McDonald's there use ground mutton instead of beef, because the Hindu majority wouldn't eat it. But I know not all Indians are Hindu. Do the non-Hindus eat beef?

Basically, I'm wondering whether it's me or the Better Homes and Gardens recipe creator being ignorant. :-)

mind you that i was very little like 5 or 6 when i watched these tv shows and movie....OK, one was a tv show where a young girl had a full length mirror in her bedroom and she would step thru it and it would become like alice in wonderland place. She had a cat that would always be on her bed. Now the other one I THINK was a movie where these little kids were playing on a jungle gym and they went thru a certain part of it and went to a make believe land...PLEASE HELP!!

Following the instruction, I added a can of 134a refregerant into my 1999 Cadilac Catera when the engine and AC are running. But the AC is still very weak. What are possible problems?

I try to eat all-natural, organic foods, but i can't help but wonder if the ingredient "natural flavor" is really natural. My Kashi Autumn Wheat cereal has only three ingredients: organic wheat, organic evaporated cane juice, and natural flavor.
Why are they so ambiguous with their terminology? Are they trying to hide some potentially dangerous chemical food additive by terming it as "natural flavor"????

A speeding car is pulling away from a police car. The police car is moving at 30 m/s. The radar gun in the police car emits an electromagnetic wave with a frequency of 20.0 x 109 Hz. The wave reflects from the speeding car and returns to the police car where the frequency is measured to be 475 Hz less than what was emitted. The speed of sound is 343 m/s. How fast is the speeding car going?

This is the question I'm working on. I know that I first have to find the frequency when the wave hits the speeding car, however I'm not sure how to do that. I can't seem to find a way to figure out the frequency when I do not have the speed of the car. What equation should I use to find the frequency? Thanks in advance for any help.
