First off, how in the world does a "County Sheriff" override a "judge?" ( o _ 0 ) Why the heck didn't he call someone higher? Maybe the DA's office? I dunno but if her condition were a medical emergency, that's understandable. But it appears that her condition wasn't an emergency. So now that makes people wonder what's really going on? Either the Sheriff is getting paid or he was duped big time. Sheriff needs to be suspended without pay for 45 days!

From what I've heard on TV...the Sheriff should be required to attend classes on "teamwork". Subsequently, all future decisions by the Sheriff for "proposed releases" should go to a working committee (round-table discussion) of at least 2 reviewers prior to all final decisions.

He just basically let her leave and is a stupid, corrupt person who needs to be fired. I think sheriffs should serve their county. When they do something that the whole country disagrees with, they really did something wrong. I think our society has too many double standards for the rich and famous and they [the double standards] need to be done away with.
"All men are created equal..."! We should act like it!!

I dont think anything until we find out why. If there was a serious reason to believe that her long term health was in danger then I support him. If it was because Paris gave him a h$@@%% in the back of her cell then I think he should be fired
