This poor man - Andrew Speaker, the Atlanta-area lawyer suffering from TB. The whole world – especially the national news programs - is treating him like an alien, it’s stupid & ridiculous. I highly think he did not do this intentionally to harm anyone, however he has apologized for his actions. Seriously, have we taken heed to every suggestion the doctor told us when we were ill? More than likely, no. All jokes aside.. Tuberculosis is a serious (and possibly fatal in this case) respiratory disease if not medically treated right away. People need to stop being pissed at this guy, accept his apology and move on. We all become ill – some worse than others, but eventually in time we feel better. And I hope this man does too.

Stop with the “how could you?” & “what were you thinking”. Just pray for a speedy and quick recovery so he will not be isolated from his newlywed and his close family & relatives.

**Quick question: whatever happened to the so called “pandemic” and pandemonium of the Bird Flu and SARS in our society?

I have a 4,000 sq foot home with 2 25 gallon water heaters that are hooked up in Tandam. When one blew a few years ago the plumber said just do two, so you will have plenty of water. I was thinking about getting rid of both of them and getting a tankless water heater, but I understand that with purchase and installation, it could run $2,000 or more. Is it worth it?

Here's how I see it:

The Saints who wrote the bible still sinned.

So...why is it we accept everything they said as truth?

I mean, people say it's because they wrote what God told them to.

Which is partially true. But on the other hand, God can do anything, so he could've written it himself. But he didn't. I'm sure he had a reason for that...but that's besides the point. What I mean is, obviously they weren't perfect, so they wrote the bible in their own interpretation.

Now. Homosexuality is labeled as sinful by Paul.

Not by Jesus, but by Paul.

Nowhere in the bible does Jesus or God say anything against homosexuality.

Yes, it is unnatural, but not sinful.

Dying our hair is unnatural, in fact so is cutting it.

which says something else. Paul also said it was sinful for women to cut their hair.

So isn't it a little outdated for todays Christians to claim the bible says homosexuality is a sin?

I don't think it is sinful.

I'm as huge of a hp obsesser as they come, and am eagerly awaiting the release of Deathly Hallows. But I haven't made a crucial decision - should I get the book at the midnight release party and Barnes and Noble or should I get it delivered to my doorstep the day of the release?

If I go to the midnight release, the advantages are the experience as I've never done it because of timing, the excitement of being there, and getting the book earlier. The disadvantages are the crowds, the risk of being spoiled, being too tired to focus while reading, and having no one to go with that's a fan. I'm not interesting in the arts and crafts stuff, etc.

If I order it from amazon.com, they guraanteed it will arrive on my doorstep the day of the release, and so it would be comfortable to read the book after a long rest without the risk of being spoiled - in my room. But even though it arrived at noon for HBP, what if it comes later? Also, if the midnight release is fun, I will miss out.

I need to replace the diverter stem but the place where you put the wrench to turn the old one out is rounded off and I can not move it. Do you know any tricks? Is it taken out by turning counter clockwise? Would applying heat with a torch help or hurt. What tool would work best? No, I do not have any dynamite! This is one of those frustrating things that should be very easy but turns out to be a pain in the you know what. Thanks for any help!

Heres his stats

Appearances - 96
Goals - 17
Goals direct from free kicks - 6

Not very impressive since he has been our SOLE free kick taker for about 6 years now.

Lets compare him shall we?

Steven Gerrard

Appearances - 56
Goals - 12

Only 5 goals behind Beckham with 40 less appearances

Frank Lampard

Appearances - 54
Goals - 12

Once again only 5 goals short with 42 games in hand.

Bobby Charlton

Appearances - 106
Goals - 49

Kinda thrashes Beckhams record

To cut a long story short, from my research of current players David Beckham has one of the least impressive internation records the only exception being Joe Cole who is likely to be on Par with Beckhams goal tally when equal games are played.

Isn't it time that 'England' fans actually start paying attention to the form than the media?

Beckham has got some highly crucial goals for england, that cannot be doubted, but his record is mediocre at best.

Beleive the stats, trash the hype.

If CNN is so liberal why did they show a ten year old tape of palestinians celebrating in the streets and claiming it to be events occuring on 911.Things such as that basically helped stir up American outrage and helped to get them on board for Bush's war with Iraq which was based on alot of false evidence of a 911 connection.I think republicans watch so much fox news that any other news source seems liberally bias to them because CNN basically gave Bush all the ammunition he needed to get his public war approval at the time.Any thoughts?

I'm playing Haydn's sonata in e minor (Hob. XVI/47) 1st movement (adagio) and I've been playing with a fair amount of rubato. The best way of describing it is that I play with a lot of artistic interpretation including dynamics and tempo. I know Haydn is a classical composer and therefore rubato had not yet been popularized. So my question is: Is it musically correct to play Haydn with some rubato? Thanks for all the help!

I'm very curious about my computer's capabilities, so i would be very grateful if any experienced gamers out there could let me know of some "not so old" & cool titles that my computer can play at enjoyable frame rates in medium to high configuration. Also which game would be the max for my pc i.e beyond which it could only play in low configuration or not play at all.

I have two sons by different fathers with different last names. I am marrying the man of our dreams soon, and would like to have info about changing the boys' last names to my husband-to-be's, even though he is not their biological father. We all want his last name, and is this possible? If so, how would I go about it?
