You're always allowed to like someone.
If it's because you aren't allowed to date, try finding ways to meet up at the movies or something when you're with friends. Kids find ways around it all the time.
If it's because one of your friends likes him too, you need to decide if he's worth possibly losing your friend over.
If it's a different reason, then you should have told us what it was. Lots of things are complicated.

Easy find one you are able to have a relationship with if this guy is taken he is off limits. The main reason you like this guy is probably because he is taken and you like the hard to get kind of guy. Grow up and just date someone that is available.

Who decided if you are not allowed to? and how old are U? If you are very young then you have to do as your parents say but it doesn't prevent you from liking him from a distance does it?

if you mean you aren't allowed to b/c one of your good friends is with him or likes him then stop trying so hard to find somebody! let the guy approach you!!! it will happen. you can be at the gas station filling up and there he'll be. so you just sit tight there dear he'll show up!

If you are " Not allowed to " like him and its something you can't beat, then you need to accept the fact that you can't like him.
Otherwise tell whoever it is who says you "can't like him" to Bu**er off and do you own thing.

you arn't allowed do dat? the date him anyway ( depending on your age ) your not allowed to cuz a friend claimed him as his go for him anyway ( of if u really like a value ur friend and friendship then don't, and let her try to have him, if failure occurs, then go for him,
next time give more infomation, cuz me and others will have no idea wat u are talking about and ( i dont )

im so sorry! that sucks! why cant you like him? you can like him just keep it a secret? i dont get why you cant like him. i might understand why you may not be able to date, but liking him shoudlnt be a problem?
