He's 2 years older than her and know for a fact he has hit her on the cheek because she had a huge bruise on her face and instead tod everyone it was a sports injury. There's rumors that if she leaves him, he will hurt her! I've never met him and I don;t knwo why but even though I'm one of her close friends she doesn't tell me anything! I've been hearing all abotu thsi from someone she hardly knows on her sports team, and shes also has told her cousins and theyve told me also! I knwo I shoudl tell someone but should I wait until I have solid proof?

Just Google it and you'll see a lot more of this. & I believe it. It's not necessarily a bad thing. It's about as harmful (if not less) than cigs and like alcohol, you shouldn't use it and drive. It helps during cancer therapy and could even help anorexics! You don't find much violence at all from pot cause all the user wants to do is eat, be creative or relax. It also hasn't been proven that it causes any learning problems, memory problems or that it's either physically or psychologically addicting. You think a lot of religious people would be more open-minded about weed if the world mostly runs on religion (which can get kindda annoying i.e. illegal for gay people to marry, close-minded to other religions, etc) & if their God created it.

I would like to pursue a career as a librarian and I found a distance learning program for an MLIS that I like. The problem is that the program requires a 3.0 GPA. Mine is a 2.81; two-tenths away from the 3.0.

Now I really, REALLY would like to enroll in this master's program particularly because some of my co-workers are enrolled in it (the satellite campus is closer to where I live). Should I give up and forget graduate school or is there a way to get in (good GRE scores, etc)?

Frankly, I'm worried that they won't accept me and I'd have to find some way to boost the GPA even though I'm already graduated.

Any suggestions are welcome. No smart alecky questions, please.

Most Scientists have concluded that the earth formed over millions of years ago by Evolution because evolution is measurable whereas Creationism is not testable.

Phillip Gosse, a Geologist in the 1850's proposed that God had created everything with an appearance of great age. The actual age of the earth might be eight or ten thousand years, but the "ideal" age(the age which God simulated at creation) could be millions of years.

Creationist believe that when God created Adam and Eve he created them with the "Appearance of great age" because they would not have been able to sustain themselves had they been created as infants. Therefore it is logical that God and the Genesis account is accurate and reasonably consistent with faith in God's Power to actually create the world and universe intelligently. The appearance of great age given the creation of man would be consistent with a "great age" for the rest of God's creation. Therefore impacting Evolutionary Science! Genesis 1:1.

So this boy liked me, and I was too shy and so my friends defended me and told min to back off. Then there was this school dance. He asked me to dance with him. He then asked me if I liked him. The cost to live in the dorms for my freshman year would be around $6880. I have heard great things about living in the dorms, but the thing is that my house is only 5 minutes away from the college I am going to. I don't think I can justify paying $7000 a year just to live in a dorm if my house is that close. What do you think?

I have a 8 week old baby, She has colic. At first she would only sleep in a bouncer, then she would sleep just fine in her bassinette, the back to her bouncer, now she loves to be swaddled. She is colicy. She will sleep for 6 hours at night if swaddled, either in her bouncer or bassinete. Now, i dont have a problem with swaddling her, but im worried about SIDS and what I always hear or am told " no blankets" When I swaddle her she is so tight she can not get her arms out at all, not tight where she can't breath, but she just loves it, she instantly starts cooing and calms down when I do it. Is it really that bad If i let her sleep bundled up, i wake up every hour to check her, im worried, i dont want to put her in her crib becuase of that. Has anyone else done this? Has your baby only wanted to sleep good swaddled? And how long was your baby in your room with you? HOw long is too long? If the blanket is under her tight should I stop worring?>? Thanks
