Firstly its Koala - not Koala Bear - no relation to a bear at all.
Koalas are widespread across mainly eastern Australia, in wooded parts, so most of the animals that live there would be neighbors to the Koala.
A few off the top of my head would include the kangaroo, the wombat, the Echidna (Spiny Ant Eater), the cockatoo, the wallaby, goannas, blue tongue lizards, various snakes, and the other tree dwellers - possums - ringtail, sugar glider and brushtail, flying foxes, various birds, and bats.
But none are really close neighbors - koalas aren't that sociable.

koala bears are one among the most solitary creatures...and so they live alone.. so we cannot normally associate an animal that is in close relation with the koala....
koalas are also known to attack any intruder into their territory with their sharp claws and teeth...this includes other koalas also.
then if you are so pirticular..there is always the FLEAS that live on them...

Koala inhabits forested areas dominated by eucalyptus trees of Australia. Koala spend most of the time in trees.

Kangaroos and just about any other marsupials since Austrailia is the only place that marsupials were able to thrive

No. Koala's are the most hated mammal and all other animals despise them.
They are very snobby.
