actually the late 60's when it started. we had them on tanks, artillery pieces duece and halfs 2 1/2 ton trucks. when drafted.

Well, I heard that it was after the vietnam war (i think) and everyone wanted to just take a break, and everyone was on drugs.......(i think cocaine and marijuana was really big)
