She's like no older than 25 but she looks like she's 42. Why does she look so old and why didn't she get botox or a facelift with her new fame like New York did when she got bigger tots.

I was thinking the same thing last night when they showed close ups. Maybe her looks are hereditary? Or all that partying and staying up late...LOL!
To answer some of the other readers (Bettie Carmack), TV.com and IMBD have her bday listed as 1980. So she is 27....weird

Actually I think Pumpkin is pushing 30. She probably lies about her age, but I don't think she looks old per se. She just has no style, can't dress, and really needs to stop tanning or she will start looking very old real soon.
She doesn't necessarily need botox. I just think she's an unfortunate looking girl who needs to stop wearing dresses from Frederick's of Hollywood and find someone on the planet who can give her a new hair style. It's like a bad flat ironed mullet.
She has a cute figure. I just don't understand why she looks like a Motley Crue or Poison groupie.

I agree with the person above that she's hitting 30 real fast. She needs some hair extensions or something because he hair is flatter than her personality. She does look old...

Some people don't have the money to get botox have you ever thought of that. Some people just age faster then other's. And its not their fault.

She's a reality show ho....LITERALLY!
In fact, I'm surprised she's even on Charm School since there are no men to sleep with.
But, there are pix of her slobbing down (i.e. kissing) New York. She had them on her cell phone showing them on VSpot under the I Love New York Reunion.
So, she must swing both ways...nasty heifer!

Yea she really does look older than wat she really is she look at least 35 or 36 and from wat I've read about her online, she's only 27
