I was just talking to my little brother in law on instant messenger. I was telling him how I spend too much money and time at Wal Mart and he's like "Just tell yourself janet reno is there naked and you won't want to go back."

All I can think is "If I thought Janet Reno was naked at Wal Mart I'd run to see her.."

Do you believe the virgin mary prayers are a form of idolaltry and that only GOD should be worshipped and not symbols or so called saints? What about the symbol of the cross? I am baptist and I Believe the Roman Catholic church combined pagan rituals with religion only to extend their power over the common people of that era. I Know that Constiatine was the first to be baptized by sprinkling of water because he was to sick to get out of bed. Also easter is the spring fertility ritual of pagans which symbols are rabbits and eggs.And what about christmas its the birthday of Constiatine. ladies and getlemen when u have sex how long does it usually last i mean this all depends on the man so i mean without the foreplay. i last like 4 minutes. so honestly how long does sex last.

I had a bad breakup with my boyfriend back in August (very violent, very stressful) , and since then I've been having shortness of breath and episodes where my chest tightens and my heart beats very quickly, and I often feel faint.

It's not an anxiety attack, I've had those before. I've also been getting very lightheaded, and I have even collapsed a few times while walking. Sometimes during these episodes, my blood pressure drops very low, and my arms and legs become numb or tingly.

I'm only 19 years old... what could this be? I have no money to go see a doctor.

I somewhat understand Le Chatelier's Principle and equilibrium but this lab hasn't really explained much which is giving me a hard time answering its Analysis Questions. Please help.



"Explain why BTB is green in neutral water solution. In terms of Le Chatelier's principle why does it turn yellow when acid is added, and blue when base is added?"




I always thought BTB turns these colors because of its function as an acid/base detector. I didn't know there was an inside explanation behind it. How to explain this behavior in terms of Le Chatelier's Principle?

Not so much a question but a story wanting feedback.

I'm agnostic/atheist

Today I'm at work ( I work in electronics sales) and two white guys in suits walk in. At first I think they're buisnessmen, but then I notice they both have name badges that state their full names followed by "Church of Jesus Christ and Latter-Day Saints". They also have pamphlets and leaflets sticking out their pockets that I can only assume are about Christianity.

I think "Not this converting/finding God crap again"(I've gotten this quite a bit from Christains in my childhood), but to my surprise, they weren't preaching or educating or anything. They simply asked about mp3 players, bought a pair, very very polite, and the only time they brought up "God blessing me" was after I sneezed!

Anyone else of agnostic/atheist views met a nice Christian or any other religous type not trying to convert others?

If Christian or religous, do you also treat people with decency and good will regardless of fait
