You're perfectly normal. You should learn to do more foreplay (I don't care if you don't like it, you're leaving her high and dry). You're an average sized guy, I think if you gave her a little bit more attention beforehand she would enjoy the sex a lot more.
You really need to learn to talk with your girlfriend about these things, too. If she can't give you a straight-up honest and blunt answer about these things then one day she's going to ditch you and you're going to have no clue why.

Okay kiddo, it sounds like you're new to sex. You will "last" longer as you get older, but the benefit of being young is that the "recovery" period isn't as long. So for you probably you only last a few minutes but then can go again soon after.
I must say, the fact that you "don't like" foreplay is kind of sad, and will cause problems for you in the future. Foreplay is REALLY important for women to enjoy sex (if your girlfriend says it's not, she probably just isn't very experienced yet either and is trying to please you). but look coming from a chick its quality over quanity for us this is why foreplay is SOOO important. you dont want it to be long and boring where she ends up just thinking about how long until its over so my suggestion is slow down a little around 3 mins ( if you know what i mean) this is a good time for you "relax" a little then you can start up again this will make it last longer and it will be better for her
