Ok instead of a bunch of people copying and pasting what other people write, I would like to know from your experience and if you havent done this if you think it will work. I'm 23,m 5"8 170lbs, I want to get back to 140 which i used to be so from what i know is i have to eat around 1500 calories a day.. Does eating 1500 calories through out the day actually work? like big breakfast, lunch and then dinner but not going over 1500 and not going under 1200.. I would just like to know if it works because i tryed going without eating and i just gain it back.. what do you think and have you done this or know anyone who just watch there calories and the fat came off
