This area of the property was told by sales person and as well as director of the company. They have confirmed verbally at least 20times that the area is 3500sq ft but come to light now it is 2600 sq ft. Where do I stand in court of law. I still want the house but not at the same price what I ws paying for 3500 sq ft house.
What damages are available if any in court of law or can the builder walk away from this without facing any come back.

Im not saying this is right but it usually is when i look at it...

on wikipedia, it has three matches scheduled for Vengeance....

Cena vs Orton in a table match for title...this could be right

Triple Threat for World Heavyweight title: Edge vs Taker vs Batista.... this has the least pssibility of happening since Taker is supposed to be out for a while.. but they could work it out someway

and Lashley vs Sandman in a loser leaves ecw/ winner gets title match.... this has the biggest possibility of happening since Sandman is the next one that is supposed to be released

The situation would be a ball hit to first (3), thrown home to the catcher (2), then back to first where the pitcher is covering (1). Of course there would be less then 2 outs and the bases would be loaded. It seems like it would happen but the pitcher in an attempt to cover first might get in the way of the throw. If you can post a link of a box score that would be great, thanks. In all my years, I have never seen this happen.

You might think these types of posts are brainless, but that does not negate the fact that these things are happening.. (GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF THE SAND). What happened to the school system, when they took the pledge of allegiance, prayer and corpral punishment out?

Metal Detectors, School Shootings, Absoloutley no dis-respect for the teachers, and a system that is failing tomorrows generation... I am not on here to beat on Atheists, only your views, that have no place in are society, and research says many people in the forefront are trying to change our culture to a secualr one, without GOD

Does anyone really want to see this happen?

The coffee table has a square hunter green base with drawers and the top draw has a glass top so whatever you put in can be seen from the top of the table. I want to find a really craetive idea to decorate this space. it is probably 5'' deep so it cant be anything to tall. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

there is a virginia dooley who was a companion as well as his manager of r.c. gorman a renowned artist, native american of southwestern art. rumor has come to me that dooley may have signed some of gorman's earlier works. this particular work that i have shows a mexican man taking a siesta with a ceramic water jug next to him. the work measures 8&1/2 x 11&1/2.

I have been offered a job as a personal assistant for a company that is based out of china and I live in the u.s.a. They plan to pay me $500/week but I don't think they are deducting any taxes. How do I know how much to put aside so that when tax time comes I will have the funds available if I need to pay taxes?
