...Assuming they witnessed the crime that Jehovah did/did not do, and will be testifying...

But what will they swear to tell the "whole Truth and nothing but the Truth" on...?
There might be a conflict of interest there...

Jehovah's Witnesses both witness personally and bear witness to others regarding God's personal name, his majestic personality, and Kingdom purposes. In doing so, they align themselves with Jesus Christ and the prophets.

(Isaiah 43:10) “You are my witnesses,” is the utterance of Jehovah

(Isaiah 43:12) So you are my witnesses,” is the utterance of Jehovah, “and I am God.

(Hebrews 12:1-2) Because we have so great a cloud of [Jehovah's] witnesses surrounding us, let us also put off every weight and the sin that easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, as we look intently at the Chief Agent and Perfecter of our faith, Jesus

(Revelation 1:5) Jesus Christ, “the Faithful Witness”

(Acts 5:38,39) Do not meddle with these men, but let them alone; (because, if this scheme or this work is from men, it will be overthrown; but if it is from God, YOU will not be able to overthrow them;) otherwise, You may perhaps be found fighters actually against God.”

Your question makes no sense.

Jehovah Witnesses and members of the Church of God, and anyone else who chooses to do so, thru rulings of the Supreme Court and thru the wisdom of the founding fathers who authored our great Constitution made provision for us to "affirm" rather than "swear" that something we are about to testify to is true.

So, your question shows an ignorance of both the Jehovah Witnesses religion and the Laws of our country. It also seems to imply that God committed some crime, which is just plain stupid.

There is no requirement to swear on a "holy book" anymore.

First of all, whose holy book?
Would a Hindu swear on a Bible?
Would a Christian swear on the Koran?

And as for us atheists, there is no book at all.

It is accepted that a witness will "avow or affirm" to tell the truth, and that the witness will be subject to prosecution if he perjures himself.

We offer testimony as to the things Jehovah has done and promised all the time. If you would like one of us to do so with you, all you have to do is ask.

If you're trying to be funny, well, you're not.

...and it is extremely sad that someone like Trinitybombshella will have the nerve to put down her own mother's intelligence (or lack of) in public. I wonder how you are with her privately. You are so disrespectful!

I guess Jehovah's Witnesses can stand on a trail any time they want. No rules about standing on a path.

The trial is going on now. We are testifying to our God by our actions and faith.

How do you stand trail?

I'm happy I don't have a bad-mouthed and utterly disrepectful daughter like trinity. It is clear that she forgot your Bible upbringing to "honor your father and your mother."
