My father is a racist and he doesnt aprove of our relationship for obvious reasons. Anyway, I agree with her, I dont really want the baby around that but my mom and grandparents really want to see the baby. How should I handle this situation?

Oh, I should probably add that, my mom is paralized and my dad wont bring her to our house.

Do you believe that all humans are decendents from Adam and Eve?

If you answered yes then can you explain the people of Nod of which one of Adam and Eve's children went off and married into? (4:16) Cain left the presence of Yahweh and settled in the land of Nod, east of Eden.

(4:17) Cain had intercourse with his wife, and she
conceived and gave birth to Enoch.

Where did THESE OTHER PEOPLE come from if not from Adam and Eve? They are right there in the Bible, so who are they and where did THEY come from?

Where did Seth's wife come from? Adam and Eve's third son?

Perhaps R&S is the wrong place to ask but the B/F uses his "beliefs" as an excuse, i feel....Question: In this day and age, is it inappropriate (not necessarily right or wrong) for my boyfriend to stay over (literally JUST sleeping)? Times have changed and it feel it is old-fashion "rule"....Is there anything in the bible that says it is morally wrong...or inappropriate???

#1. The second Amendment means we should have NO gunlaws at all.
#2. We are not world police. While fighting countries that harbor and support terrorism is important, fighting terrorism is a joke, and we cannot fight a belief itself without declaring war on certain countries.
#3. Civil rights trump the need for safety. The government is over reaching with the PAT ACT and warrantless wiretaps.
#4 Government spending needs to be SLASHED. We need cut backs across the board, and we need to erase the bugdet deficit. If we need to borrow to spend, we are spending too much.
#5 The government needs to end the war on drugs. If people want to kill themselves, then let them. If drugs were legal and cheap, people would not be committing crimes to get them, or selling them to children to make money.
#6 Keep all religion out of all government. No federal money to faith based charities. No laws based on religion. Allow gays to marry, keep the government out of peoples sex lives.

I moved out of my apartment last November because my best friend and my ex were bangin each other and I couldn't stand living there anymore. Now one of my roomates is trying to come after me now for rent money even though I haven't been living there for six months. The roomates already paid the full rent for the six months I left. My roomates never tried to even contact me for any money before they sent me the small claims summons. How can I defend myself in court in this case? I do not feel its right for me to pay the rent for not living there. Also, I live in Wisconsin, so is there any specific law that states that a tenant can move out at any time as long as there is still someone there to cover the rent? Please leave suggestions/advice...

my mom has fought 3 diff. cancers for 13 years and is now cancer free; but she still experiences chronic pain from a prev. neck surgery (during her 1st and 2nd cancer treatment). i think the wound is still not properly healed inside coz when she is exposed to hot humid weather, her "wound" become red and swollen and she constantly feels stabbing pain-she says its as if her nerves are getting stretched.
her condition got a little better when the wound healed from the outside but until now she still experiences pain and it gets worse in hot and humid weather. she has to stay in an air conditioned room most of the day coz when she sweats her neck wound would sting and get swollen all over again.
how can i help my mom deal with the pain? she takes pain killers but she doesn't want to be dependent of them. are there other alternatives out there? i really hope you can help.
