Can't even stand to smell it cooking.

I recently bought a "assorted houseplant". It was so unusual
looking, I had to buy it, but it didn't give me any indication on the pot as to what type of plant it is.
It came in about a 6" pot and it looks like long green spears/spikes....could be a succulant. I call it a Green Bean plant, lol....I have looked on the internet and am not having any luck. The points of the spears are very sharp.
The taller spears are about 1' 6" some are a bit shorter.
It would be nice when they're selling plants, they'd label them,lol...

Ever since teenage time I have been battleing with weight, or I'm skinny or a I'm obese, it is a serious problem, I can never be steady in certain weight, I am in therapy right now to find a balance, and I feel hopeless, right now I am up and it will come the time that my body will say: ok, time to go down, and it is fustrating, anybody, male or female with same problem?

I don't believe in evolution, because that's the wrong word. I never say I believe in the fundamental theorem of algebra, for example. I'd sound like an idiot. Because mathematics is just a science based on strong axioms (i.e. a+b=b+a is not a theorem).

What's the correct word that I should use when someone asks me? Evolution is a scientific theory backed up by evidence, just like all other science?

Okay .. please don't say feminism, or abuse or abortion or anything typical like that. It would be really easy to just pick one of those obvious topics and right a research paper about. I'm trying to figure out something that is not as common and that you don't hear about all the time, but is still interesting and I will be able to find enough information on it to write a 10 page paper. I'm really stumped and have been rackin my brain and trying to look something up for weeks. Does anyone have any good ideas about what I could pick to do my paper on that my professor will be impressed with and the other students will not be bored to death when I present it?
