Since God's will involves giving people cancer, should medical science intervene?

You know, they say you are what you eat. So, I really must ask you this one question; What does stupid actually taste like?

God's will isn't giving us Cancer. People get Cancer because of the food we eat and the life choices that we make.

Think about all that crap that everyone poors into their bodies everyday. Half of the stuff we eat our bodies can't even digest and most of the stuff we eat has chemicals, hormones, and other stuff that should be no where in food. Disease has been caused by humans and it not the will of God. God wants us to be happy and live good lives.

One thing though, my father died from Pancreatic Cancer and all medical science could do was stuff him up with a drug called Chemotherapy and Fill his blood with Heroin until it made him die even faster. Medical Science though it has worked wonders, can also kill and destroy.

What is the true WILL of medical science? To take everyones money and not care about the little man and stuff your body full of drugs that do not cure the problem but just mask it. But I do think that it has helped many people. I just think that our governments Medical half of it cares more about making that next dollar bill than saving a life. Think about it.

Every person that has cancer is not God given. Some instances of cancer has occurred from poor choices some have made. God does not give people cancer, that would be satan. The Word of God says that God says that He wishes above all else that we prosper and be in good health, even as our soul prospers. God may allow satan to do some things and in those instances, there is a reason. The Word of God says that the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord. May God Bless U.

Are you sure its not something we are doing in our life-styles that is contributing to cancer? God has a "hands off" policy and only intervenes into the affairs of men to suit His overall plan for his Creation. God is in the saving business - spiritually speaking. God has allotted natural talents and gifts to His human creation to facilitate medical science i.e. Doctors. were you aware, that the first operation Doctors were informed of took place in the Garden of Eden when Adam had his rib removed (prime rib) and Eve was constructed thereof ?

Unfortunately, because of all the money involved in pharmaceuticals and malpractice insurance, the medical industry is far to bogged down to do long term good for people. I think natural medicine works best in the long run. Did you know that the cure for poison ivy (jewel weed) grows right near it? Very often the cure and the cause are easily seen in our environment - and the body heals itself. No - there is no reason to think that medical science will do a better job. If you go by my family and experience, medicine is often more dangerous than god. The disease might not kill you, but the medical cure more surely will.

i don't think issues ensue via accident. God realizes the guy would be resuscitated yet that would not advise that God will enhance their life indefinitely if He chooses to not. usually people who've open heart surgical operation and that they have got long previous by using greater advantageous than one surgical operation refuse resuscitation because of the fact they don't decide to flow for the time of the discomfort returned. there'll come a time while God won't enable resuscitation artwork. no be counted in case you think of God does or not, He tells us that He works each thing mutually for our stable. It's not God's will that people have cancer, but mankind has left God's direction and chosen there own path. Because of his love though, God has given us a way to come back to him.

1st Cancer is more about man than God. I am not sure we had cancer before we started putting poison into our environment, and that is a product of freedom of choice.

2nd God also gave us science and the ability to reason. He gave us the medical knowledge to be able to heal ourselves. I think it is a sin not to use what God has given you to better your life.

It is His will that we not sin, but He allows us that choice. His will is to allow the natural course in this fallen world, not to particularly strike people with cancer. His will is that you not jump off cliffs and fall to your death, but you may if you wish.

He made men with the capacity to grow their own food (rather than starve), to invent (rather than remain in ignorance), and to help cure illness (rather than die of preventable maladies).

Why shouldn't medicine intervene in cancer? Luke, in the Bible, was a doctor.
