In Washington State, the Department of Revenue collects a use tax from its residents each month on the 20th.

It appears to be a law to pay this tax, but rather conspicuously absent of enforcement. When it applies, do you pay it?

i have a question.If i were to pay over ebay using personal checks to buy items and the seller doesnt ship out and gets the money is there something i can do or i'm like screwed.i havent paid for anyhting but im just wondering if i were to pay like that like there is no gurantee im gona get my item and that i got screwed.I i pay with check and i dont receive item and the seller refuses to reutrn money what can i do is there anything my bank can do or is there anything i can do lke file a police report can anyone to me what are my choices or there is really nothing to do.
