You're talkin to the right person you can't beat a steak! i like sirloin medium rare! ooh my mouth is watering! me and me friend r 12 & 13 and steak addicts! We are goin out for a meal and having a 16 ounce t bone each,.

The only way I like steak is Chicken fried as they say in Texas, with cream gravy. Or some areas they call it Country Fried. Yum.

I like mine well done served with Mash & Onion Gravy or with really chunky chips! A big bowl of Ice cream for afters and I'm half-way to Heaven. Mmmmmmmmm

Well, I baste the steak with garlic butter, grill to Medium well, serve with mushrooms sauteed in port wine, and serve with a peppered linguine. (I have quite a few recipes I use, but this is my favorite. I am a semi retired chef)
