can you suggest me some exercise's and tips to get my stomach in.i'm slim but my stomach is out.pls help.you can also suggest some sites from which i can get the information

My best guess is that you have belly fat. Doing sit ups and crunches will not help lose belly fat. In fact, it will only make your stomach bigger. The explanation for this is that there are muscles under your belly fat. Sit ups and crunches and the like are for toning only. To get rid of your belly fat, try doing 'lots of cardio and aerobic. Eat less saturated, transfat, etc. Dance, jump around, and be very active. After losing those belly fat, you can do all the sit ups and crunches you want (I suggest crunches.) Now, not only you have a flat tummy, but you also have a very tone tummy! Remember, these results do not come overnight. It takes time. Be patient and goodluck!

you cant choose to lose weight just off one part of your body - it has to be overall weight loss.
if you do crunches it will only make it look bigger since there is gona be more muscle underneath the layer of fat.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

**You can eat as much fat as u can but remember you should exceed ur limits of combusting(using) fat.(I eat more fat than any1 above and below but my waist is 32inches(and i am boy) but i play a lot atleast 2-3 hours a day

Cardio/Aerobic workouts such as Running or if you prefer go jogging.. 3 days a week.
then you can tone alternate days which i suggest scissor crunches.. because that targets your upper abs.

personally id say jogging atleast a mile each day and eating on the lite side,and if you have any other questions about it contact a physistion.

well i studied physical education so i hope i can help you:) jogging or walking gets your tummy in shape , and if u have time swimming is a great way to get it shaped :)
