I'm assuming you are male . Are you single? If you are, then this sounds great!!
Now let's use our brains for a second...is this a Co-worker?
If so then there are many issues concerning sexual harrasment etc.
If this is a friend then there are problems with friendship loyalties that can arise from this developing relationship.
If none of these apply...then why are you reading this...you should be in Victoria Secret!

Why would you owe her a gift of pantyhose?
If she is someone close to you... then why not. If she is just a casual associate. Then No.
