I probably have 2,000 strips of photo negatives. I don't want to keep them. I want to have them transferred on CD (expensive)before I toss them. It's easy to search a photo on CD than on negative (big headache). Is this a good idea?

I've had this adult male russian blue for about 7 weeks. Tonight I was laying on the couch with my head propper up against the arm of the couch, and the cat jumped on the couch arm..and put both his paws around my head like it was a ball and started rubbing his face all over the back of my head! (Actually it felt pretty good, kind of like a massage)! I thought maybe he wanted to play, but he didnt respond to my playful overtures.

What do you think this was about? BTW, he just got back 2 days ago after being boarded for a week while I was out of the country.

I have 2 tanks, a 30 gallon for my reef/fish tank, and a 10 gallon for my sea horses and sea pipes a.k.a pipefish. Sea horses and sea pipes come from the same family, and are closely related. They have the same snout, and the males also carry the babies like the male sea horses do. About an hour ago my sea pipe gave birth to about 50-75 fry (babies), so i quicky shut the filter off and hooked up the bubble boxes (airators) so the fry dont get sucked in the filter. Right away the adult sea pipe started to go after the babies and eat them. Because of this I took my 2 adult sea pipes out of the tank and placed them in the other. Now it is only the fry sea pipes and the adult seahorses. I have read on several different websites that sea horses do not eat their own fry, but does anyone know if the sea horses will eat the fry of the sea pipes? I have watched them closely and they dont seem to be interested in eating them, but has anyone ever heard of them eating sea pipe fry? Thanks

I just found out i am a little over a month pregnant......... but for the time i have been pregnant i was drinking alot ( almost daily) and smoking marajuna a few times a week ( i am a college student) ... I stopped now and am not going to again.... and also not after i am done with these next eight months..... but as much as i was drinking and the drug from the first month be harmful to my baby in the long run?

My boyfriend and i live together. We have decided to try to quit smoking. So far i am doing pretty good, i went cold turkey and it has been five days. He, on the other hand, lasted only one day. Although he has cut back dramatically (between 1 and 3 smokes a day), it is making it harder for me to quit, knowing that he is still smoking. Any suggestions on how i can help him try a little harder?

Ok, where do I begin?
Oh, right here, THIS WAS APPALLING TO SEE.
I mean I was told about it and now I have to say something.
First of all Akon, is a untalented, disrespecting, piece of s h ! t.
I don't care if it was a 18+ club.
You do not simulate rape in any form.
That was a total outrage and a bloody shame to everyone involved in the
club and no one did nothing about it. Akon should be haunted
for the rest of his life for what he did and he should be
charged up his A. S. S. with simulating rape to a minor. What a disgrace
and embarrassment to her and her family as well.
I think EVERYONE should be held accountable for what happened.
Akon, you talentless hack! If you did that to me.

I have a factory alarm system. I lost the keyring pad and now I can't start my car without it cutting off 5 sec later. How can I disable the system and use the spare key?

The pad is not connected to the key itself it is seperated. Is there a fuse for this or a on/off button?
