I'm 12, 13 in August.
I just want to lose weight to have a flatter stomach
So I can feel comfortable with myself in bathing suits.
I am doing this for my own self.
Not for anyone else.
So please do not tell me I'm too young.
Because I'm looking for people that can help me out.
I have gym this parking period, and we run 10 minutes
Every Thursday.
And I can run the whole 10 minutes.
So thats a good excersice.
I usually eat a good breakfast.
Cereal, toast, etc.
But I skip lunch because I think its too early.
And I think I lost quite a few pounds skipping lunch.
Since I look thinner already.
But I still have a buldge.
So what can I do any easy, routine(s) that wont take much time, and that I can do daily, to see results.
And please, can you not make them over powering?
I just want to be thinner, too feel happier with myself.
So I do not want to go on this all-starving-diet.
Becasue I love food.
Like every teenage girl =]
