The first answer was great! One thing people don't realize is that at least half of employment is provided by small business. There is much opportunity for success and failure. Some key points are:
- Don't try to be the cheapest. You want profitable business.
- Charge a premium for a superior product or service.
- Keep costs down. Advertise in Craig's list if possible.
- Do what you do best. Focus on a specialty.
- Avoid competition, make your product or service unique.
I hope others will fill in the rest.

I have a successful home based business and a great team that is dedicated to helping each other while letting everyone run their business their own way. Our company has been in business for 27 years and is being featured in the June edition of success from home magazine, and the start up fee is only $29. If you would like to hear more information and see if this might be the right opportunity for you please contact me.

I feel I am succesful in my home business, though I am stil very spare time/part time. I do work with great leaders who help anyone who wants it and are available. Plus, I work with new associates to get them on the right track and once there are on the right track, I assist them as needed. Our system works and is already inplace, we just need people who want to follow it. Oh and as far as an arm and a leg, we only want a finger nail (just a little stupid humor). Anyway, if it sounds like something you want to take a look at, let me know. I do wish you luck!!

Who do you know that would like great customer service, instead of a computer? And who do you know that would like a weekend out just as a thank you for trying new power services, with no fees, credit checks or obligations?

I do affiliate marketing from home. The start up costs are low and the pay outs can be huge.
This is my only job and it supports my wife, son, and myself very comfortably. It is not get rich quick, it does take work and sometimes alot of hours, but if you look at the freedom and the financial success. it is well worth it.
Just to give you an idea, I made approx $4800 last month from Adsense alone. I have consistently pulled in approx $3200 per month since signing up with Adsense when it was first available.
If you want to talk, send me an email at webmaster@affiliatesweb.net
Good luck to you
