I dont know why but I have an indention in both of my thumb nails. It almost looks like it was slammed in a door but there is no bruising. I just started indenting for no reason. Anybody know why?

You need to rebuild your nails with more calcium and vitamin d in your diet

Many reason from something you ate, came in contact with, or some previous illness. Nails are like the rings of a fallen tree, they can tell a lot about a person, problem being by the time the nail shows the tell tale sign the reason has long past. This will grow out, but think back to perhaps a illness you had in the past year, if not treatment, or toxin.
