I had an orange peel when my car got painted, so I wetsanded with 2000 grid sand paper, now I am trying to buff it(polish it) but I still can see all the marks from sand paper, they are small and you only can see them when you look close. I bought cheap buffer from sears for 40$ and its kind of slow. should I spend more time on one area buffing or just get a new buffer? Or there something else after buffing/polishing? exact brands please.

You will have to go over it again with the buffer. It will be slow going with the sears buffer, but it can get the job done. use good quality compound designed for clearcoat (I prefer 3m brand), and a swirl remover.
Work small areas (1/3-1/2 of a panel) until you get the desired results & then move on to the next area.

Schanz is right. It will take a lil more time with a low speed buffer. You may want to get liquid wax (if you don't have some) and use it after the compound. The liquid wax (my opinion) penetrates better than the paste especially with a low speed buffer. I also have one from sears and use paste wax and it kicked my butt. I switch to liquid and it worked better for me. Good luck

No wax is going to help sand paper marks. You're going to need some polishing compound.

you have to do all of area again fron scratch. i.e. fender, hood, top. because after you rework that one small area, you will always beable to see it. good luck.
