OK, this might be a strange question. But when I played baseball from age 5 - 21 the pitcher threw to the "catcher" obviously! Watching baseball all my life and collecting baseball cards, the position has always been "catcher". Now I go to my nephew's games and these soccer-moms and out of shape fathers call the position "back-catcher". What!?!? That is completely incorrect and wrong. The position is catcher, period. By the way I live in Canada. Anyone else in Canada or the US have an opinion?

I have a flight 26th of this month and i have a 2 hour layover in Atlanta, the world's busiest airport.. Will I be spending a majority of those 2 hours looking for my gate or will i be able to grab a bite to eat?

well not a teacher but a dean... okay, so it's kind of a long story, these two boys got into a fight and I kinda got involved by myspace.. they got suspended had to have a conferance with the dean and when one of the boy and mom were having the convo the dean was like [referring to me] "that little girl is trouble, stay away from her... she also has a gender problem, one minute she wants to be a girl the next she wants to be a boy" .. "she's always unsupervised out on the streets" ... "the house you been going over could be a drug house" and he told me errything she said bout me and it was all so rude.

see, me and this dean are REALLY REALLY close so it hurts for her to say these things..

should I go to the principle about this? my mom is really mad.

My brother-in-law "Harry" was charged with a felony on April 3rd. He has not seen a lawyer once although one was appointed to him. I spoke with his lawyer today and he tried to tell me that he hadn't even been assigned to Harry and evaded my questions. This was a flat-out lie. He has been telling other lawyers and the judge that he intends to go see Harry but tells me the opposite. I heard that after 45 days if Harry does not see a lawyer his case will be dismissed. He has not been sentenced yet. The only way Harry can get in to be sentenced is if his lawyer makes an appointment to have him arraigned first, which obviously is not going to happen since this guy is a lazy scumbag. If Harry continues to sit in jail can this whole thing be thrown out the window? He was given 30 days' jail time and it has been 31 days and he hasn't heard anything from anybody. Thank you!

Is there any truth to the rumor that some BMWs have a wire in the cruise control system that will short out and cause the car to accelerate even more when you brake. Have heard of it happening more than once. Have considered purchasing a 97-98 740IL and was just wondering.
