i am English...my husband from whom i am separated almost 3 years is Irish...we got married in Ireland and are legally separated within Irish law...i am now living in England and he has also moved to England to live with his girlfriend...I have a son from a previous marriage...and a daughter from my marriage to him...My daughter was born in England before we were married but holds an Irish passport and we moved there when she was a month old...

what i want to know in a nutshell is whether i can divorce him here in England when we got married in Ireland...and how complicated this could be...would our legal separation agreement count for anything or would we have to start again with everything...if anyone can offer me any advise it would be appreciated...

of course i will see a solicitor...but i just want to know if this can be done from here...Irish divorce is pretty complicated...thank you...;0)

My sister is 39 weeks pregnant. Her 4 yr old have just come out in spots and her 3 year old is also showing signs that she is about to have it ie runny nose and high temperature.

Thing is she was hoping to thave the baby at home. What are the dangers of chicken pox to pregnant women and newborns and will she be allowed to have the baby at home?

I grew up in a conservative household and was spanked often and I'm OK now (watch it my personal friends here!)
Now, ask me this: Are kids better behaved today, say compared to the 70's? Now I'm not saying, lets beat them causing bruises and cuts, but c'mon, a few swats here and there or even a mild paddling wouldn't do harm, right?
And if you say, "it teaches violence" Hmmm!!! Kids are way more violent today than yesterday - ie, school shootings and all.
I say, bring back the paddle! any cheers?????

My grandparents are immigrants so i cant bash them too much, but they did come here legally. the illegal immigrants who keep staging protests all over are pretty much saying "we came here illegally and uninvited, but we've been here awhile so you have to give us this and this and this." who are they to be making demands??? im getting tired of it and i have a much more negative view of immigrants since all of this "activism"...

i have a friend who is in desperate need of things for her and her babies she just had twins a few weeks ago and hardly has anything for them at all she has one boy and one girl and the churches are trying to help her but not sure how much more they can do...she wont recieve child support until 2 months from now but after that she will be okay she is not able to work right now because of her difficult pregnancy if u dont have anything it is fine please do not respond but we have tried free cycle and have had no luck same with craigs list...so if u have anything for baby boy OR girl or anything for a nursery we would greatly appreciate it and if shipping is a problem i will pay for the s&h for her...thank u and if u can just let me know on here ur email address if u have something it will be a lot easier .....thank u so much!...

I am 32 weeks pregnant at the moment & although it has not bothered me previously I am now starting to get worried about labour. The reason I am so worried is because lately when my partner & I have sex it hurts & I feel really sore afterwards. It seems as if there is not enough lubrication & the friction when having sex causes it to hurt. I don't know why this is happening as this wasn't the case before. My partner says that I keep tensing up. Anyway my point is if it hurts that much when having sex, how am I going to push a baby out of there?? I am worried I'll tear or won't be able to push my baby out & have to have a c section which I am terrified of. Has anyone else experienced this pain when having sex at this stage of pregnancy? Any tips on how to stop it from hurting? And will I be ok in labour? Will I be able to push my baby out? This is my first baby.

My sister has been married for a little over a year. She has a house, 2 cars, cell phones, etc. which are all in HER name…
To make this short, basically what I am asking is this. Is it fraud if her husband is in so much debt (that she doesn’t know about), that he starts selling things on eBay that he doesn’t have!!! He is close to 10,000 dollars in debt and my sister is now getting things in the mail from collections that she A. had nothing to do with and B. was never aware of. The thing is all this stuff is in her name. Would she be able to press charges for fraud; or anything for that matter? Just trying to get some information to help her out before she seeks an attorney

In my opinion my girlfriend and I have a wonderful relationship and based on her actions she feels the same way too. The problem is that she tells me that something is missing but she can't say what it is. On the other hand she says that I am perfect and that she couldn't ask for anything more. She has been hurt in the past and tells me that she is hesitant for fear of getting hurt again. Someone told me that she may just be messing with me. That made me re think the whole thing. I'm confused now and don't know what I should do. I want to be with her but this makes me wonder. What should I do? Any serious advice is appreciated
