Does a particular profession have a higher divorce rate? Do professions with overnight shifts play a part in affairs? Spending more time at work with people of the opposite sex and temptation play a role? Or is it the individual???

It seems that in other sports coverage is more broad, but in baseball if you aren't the Yankees, Redsox, Mets, Dodgers, or Cubs you don't get much air.

In the last 15 years I have heard tons of people say that their deceased love one is now and angel. Where does this believe originate. I am now Muslim and don't believe it. I grew up Orthodox Christian and we didn't believe that either but some people follow that concept nonetheless. I just wanted to know when it started and who started it. References would be great! I'm moving to itlaity and of course I want to bring my laptop. so I'm wondering will I need to buy a new drive over there so I can watch dvd's or will I be able to use one from the US? I am asuming that pc droves are not regional but dose that include laptops or am I wrong all together?

Im trying to start a new oil business but I dont know where to start looking for oil. I was thinking I would either go to Alaska and cut down a bunch of trees and dig there but then the environment would suffer. Or I was thinking of taking the business overseas and using Arabs to supply the cheap labor. What do you think? Or theres always the Gulf of Mexico

I've got two credit cards that are maxed out and can't seem to make ANY progress by paying the minimum payment when I can. It's to the point now where I'll go a month without paying them and I just start racking up bullsh*t fees which put me even further into debt. I need to get help with this and I heard you can do debt consolidation through a credit union. I'm wondering if anyone here has done this and what their experience has been?

Will it drastically effect my credit score? Do I have to have an account at the credit union to do this?

I need to design a cookie that notifies the user if they have already filled out a webpage form. I have already designed a page that thanks the user for making contact when the user clicks on the "submit" button, but I am having difficulty with the function and where to put it.

Here's what I have (assume that the appropriate body, form, and closing tags are in place):






At this point it goes into the form and the web page design. I still can't get the cookie to work. What am I doing wrong? Everything else works, but the part about the cookies at the top.

I love to use the "History" section to answer questions and to seek knowledge about history. However, lately it seems as though it has become a site where teenagers want people to do their homework for them. By doing so, I think we aid and abet cheating. And don't give me the the "I only want to help" response, because these guys do not want help!! They want you to do their research and work. Anyone as annoyed as I am with this development on a site being so misused??
