I'm 335lbs and I've been eating this way for about 2 weeks now and I've lost 3lbs. So tell me what you think and if I need to make "little changes".
~Breakfast
1 Cup of Quick Oatmeal w/ Apple Slices or, Whole Grain Cereal and Green Grapes.
~Lunch
Whole Grain Sandwich(Plenty of Veggies), Carrot Sticks and Yogurt
~Dinner
Nice Size Salad(With Plenty of Veggies)
I'm 17 and a High School Junior. So I know what I want to do with my life(Model/Fashion Designer). I drink only water, if I have a drink craving besides water, I'll use Crystal Light. Nothing else. I haven't touched a Drink sense March 2. And I feel great. My skin is much better and I feel more energetic. Also, I walk indoors. I walk 4 Miles everyday(I love to walk). It takes me about 55min to 1hr. 5min.
If I keep this up everyday, will I lose any weight?
