This nightmare courtesy of the Bush Administration, comes with the help of a poorly chosen INEPT Presidential Cabinet of BROWN-NOSING rich people---whose basic qualification was how many millions of $$$ they forwarded to the Bush Election Campaign.

And the lesson is: make sure ONLY the qualified get the job; the "inner circle" needs to go back out and play golf or whatever, eh?
