According to the specs I consulted below, it DOES have Bluetooth built-in.

Sure does. The "Bluetooth Stack" program is simply a term for the implementation of the Bluetooth protocol. If it's not already enabled, you'll probably have to open or right-click on that program and activate it. I'd highly suggest setting your device to hidden mode, however, as bluetooth is highly vulnerable to being hacked.
